Arghh the Sounds!

Heres the problem.
Certain people when playing any of my maps hear a constant echoing noise throughout the game.
This noise is obviously very annoying and does not overide ingame sounds.

It is not a mac compatibility issue as people who use other systems also sometimes appear to experience it.
