Problem Whit Milkshape

I am the start of development model, first time, rpg everything went well when, i create animation on milkshape, model all parts of the body was mass, i think can be bad ms3d exported but can help or give normal exporter and here some screens. Help Please !

I'm going to take a stab and say there's a problem with your rigging. there possibility is your exporter

WRONG. Don't ever take a stab again.
You probably didn't use the zero joint tool between rigging and animating. If not, that's why it bugs.

Also, before exporting the model, turn of the animation mode and write "Linear" in the comment of every joint.

i don't use milkshape and I've only ever rigged once. I'll let you be his dedicated helper from now on though.
