Model Issue

I got model HeroBloodKnight by Tenebis from the hiveworkshop. The model works perfectly except one thing:

as you can see, when I hover my mouse on the hero, his name & health bar is... higher than the normal hero.

I don't know if this is a bug or not but anyone know how to fix this ?
should I PM Tenebis ? but I don't think that's possible because I went to his profile and I saw: Last Activity: 11-16-2008 06:47 PM

I think the MDX Squisher has screwed something up so I redownloaded the model, import it to a new map but I still got the bug.

if you can, take a look at the map I attached. In the map, I only change the model of the Paladin to HeroBloodKnight, nothing else.

I think you can fix that in WE.

In Magos' Model Editor, go to Model > Recalculate Extents. Then reimport your model.

you're talking about Edit \ Calculate Extents right ?
it didn't work or have I done something wrong

Yes, that is what I meant. If that didn't work, then there is something inherently wrong with the model to make it think that its extents really are that far away.

I assume there's some kind of special effect geometry knocking it off kilter. I've had extents way larger than they needed to be before and that issue has not manifested.

Long story short, you're probably gubbed.

its glow is a little weird, isn't it ?

p.s: I took the pic in World Editor.
