is there any particular reasons that cause delay ? I don't think it's the internet connection, because I didn't get delay when I play other maps so is it because of script, or version ? I have patch 1.24b but my friends (maybe) have patch 1.24. I know the informations I provided is not enough, but if you know something, anything, please help I will provide the map (or script) if needed. sorry if I have posted in the wrong forum |

If you can play together at all, you probably all have the same patch. If not, just log on to bnet and you'll update automagically. It's probably either a trigger or a ton of models. If you don't have a ton of things placed on your map, start disabling triggers until the map speeds up, and then figure out which one was causing the lag. |

so it's the script ? I don't think I have ton of models, well, I have imported many but not that many, my map's size is 2.4MB, after optimizing is 1.5MB it would be troublesome for me to disable some triggers, well, I don't think my map can run property with some disabled triggers I attached the non-protected map, if you can help, please have a look. I will greatly appreciate your help (if it works out, you will, ofc, have credit in my map) thank in advance. |

Arrow key commands are notoriously slow in Battle.net play; that could be the issue. |

I don't care if your map runs "properly". You can turn the triggers back on after you isolate which one(s) is(are) causing lag and fix the problems in them. Get cracking! |
