Newgen on Win 7?

Not sure if this is the right section to ask, but I was wondering if anyone has been able to run Newgen on Windows 7 (x64)?

I'm thinking of switching to win 7 from xp in an upcoming format, so I need to know this before I make my decision.

It works just fine. Using Win7 x64 Professional.

The one JassHelper version gave Input/Output error,
but it was caused due the JassHelper.

Win7 is just fine.

I would recommend running as admin though, I have had it crash upon saving otherwise.

No, don't run in admin mode.

I am using Win7 Ultimate RC.
I run JNGP 5d with normal user rights.

Anyways, I'm using NewGen on windows 7 ultimate. Jasshelper runs a little slower than xp but everything works.

Not only NewGen but also WEhelper has some problem. So I used original edition WE .

And now can I use NewGen for Warcraft 1.24b?
