Hello,

Well, I didn't know where to post this, so if this is the wrong place, could you move it for me? Thanks.

Anyways, I am trying to create my own .mpq so I can have all my custom units, abilities, ircons.. etc. Already in my maps, instead of importing each file into each map, because my campaign is 20 maps long, with 10 campaigns, that's 20 each campaign. That's a lot of maps. Importing in them all suck, so I'd prefer to have a .mpq.

So, I took the Ominous Horizon's War3xlocal.mpq and edited my stuff into it. Compressing .mdx's and .blps just like they did, and compressing and encrypting .txt and .wav's like they did. Everytime I switch out the blizzard's War3xlocal.mpq with mine, then start up World Editor, it gives me a corruption error, so I switch back and it works fine. Can anyone walk me through the steps of creating a .mpq? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

You probably need to delete (or update) a file called (attributes)

I could swear the campaign editor comes with a campaign import manager...
