This is my new map idea "Damn Real Custom Arena!" * the map is in a very theoretical stage right now, any ideas would be greatly appreciated and I post here in hope to get some feedback on the map, and the idea itself. The title is self-explanatory, but my goal is to make a map where you can build a hero from scratch as customized as I, or rather the system, can provide. - To achieve victory you have to make the best build/counter build, to defeat your enemy, but remember this is tricky, as they can change their build anytime they want. You can in this alpha: Swap between str/agi/int Change main attribute Change attack type (range/melee) Buy abilities, ulties, and maybe later items for building purposes (for instance: a range booster for ranged attackers...) etz... I'm planning on adding: Many more abilities, ulties, items. Dialog boxes to make choices and interface cleaner (Possibly) Making range a customized attribute as well Making engineering, where a hero can build attacking towers that last for x amount of seconds. There will be many of host options and game modes; Here are some game modes off the top of my head, categorized: Team: Team Death Match Push! Capture the Flag Ruggby! (lol swedishenglish!) FFA: Death Match! Juggernaut! ---- The map currently only contains the basic system, where you can buy/sell you attribute points, buy a few spells and go to the actual arena. I will start work on icons if I feel for it or after release of the first playable version. -- I will explain the less obvious game modes later, if you guys want me to. |

Btw: Ignore the values in the spells, as they are yet to be balanced. Titan Spirit: Transfers the hero's intelligence points to hp, and increases your attack damage by 10% reduces your attack and movmentspeed by 50%. Taunt: Forces nerby units to attack you! (the enemy units loses control and are forced to attack you for 3 seconds.) Energy Boost: Temporarily Increase the movment speed of the hero for 8 seconds. Heal: Heals targeted unit depending on (%) damage taken, mana cost scale with the damage taken. (might work as life steal or instant cast, not sure yet) PLEASE GIVE FEEDBACK! :) |
