Why in God's name are you using some WoW models? They don't fit WC3 at all. |

Most of the model are custom made... or the autors just reduced the filesize of wow models, don't know, maybe... only thing i know was that they said they made them and to give credits to them... And by the way if you refered about the tilesets, don't wory they will be changed soon! |

They still look very out of place in warcraft 3. They just have polygon counts that are ridiculously high compared to native war3 models. |

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Custom models are a nice break from standard wc3 models, and spending all that extra time on looking for models might demotivate you if it's not your thing. I'd finish up at least an alpha version of your map before replacing them, if replacing them at all. Thanks for the hard work put in the map so far! :) I just hope you finish, unlike all the other maps in the forums that i bookmarked. |

wow models will only end into shitstorms and you won't be abe to upload the map as it will break certain rules. |

As was already said, you shouldn't use WoW models or even models that look like them because a) they don't fit in the WC3 style and b) most map makers think it is not acceptable to import WoW models so you will be met with some contempt. |

i know it may break some rules on some sites but becouse of that the upcoming demo has only user made models and only the caracter will be an WoW model. |
