Human sorceress (WIP)

my first in photoshop; with blizzard's concept art on the left. based off an old skin i did in psp. i'm not that happy with how it came out :(

You should be, it looks good. Not overly detailed, but very effective.

Mind if we use that in the ReAwakening Mod. I made one that looked like the prebeta version last night, however yours is way better (mine was only a recolor).

You would be given full credit of course. I was hoping to get some other units to look like their concepts too (like the footman). Anyway please let me know either way.

Blank I hope you don't take this wrong, But I love you man. That Sorceress has been my Avatar ever since It came out. Finally she is made in her beautiful wholeness.
Dude you should be really proud this SKIN ROCKS. How is it you don't like it. First the Quality is awesome, the detail compared to the concept is awesome. I see nothing bad with it. The only thing different is the part where you have that little bit of blue cloth in the front. It should not be there and it should actaully show the bottom of her Body Suit(or Leotard). Now I am guessing you already tried this and it looked funny or didn't work so MAN KUDOS.
I might want to talk to you about getting the skin and making a Campaign out of her. Or just make myself an Awesome Signature.

Actually if you remove that piece of cloth in the front it looks like she is nude. I mean that bit on the skin were it clearly shows she is wearing the leotard does NOT show up on the skin, only flesh color with what looks like a patch of hair. Bad Blizzard:////

Yeah well, you could just model edit that part on the front to be her underpants...

I didn't want it to be PRON. Heck No, That would ruin a perfectly good skin. I was just saying that was the only thing that was different. I was guessing that he put the cloth there since there was a problem with how the skin went. And actually the cloth works very well.

about that bit of cloth: it can't be alphaed out it because it's used on the cloak as well, and i can't model edit.

You said not done, what else do you plan on doing to it?

add more detail... redo parts like the shoulder pads & maybe hair... do a new robe

I'm not sure what emblem I should put on the back. At the moment it's a crown. I may just leave it blank

...could you keep the shoulders the same texture, but make it TC. It would still fit with the concept if you concider her to have been on the blue team for the colored picture. Doesnt really matter either way, its awesome how it is now.

you do need to rework the shoulders tho => try making the highlight blend more with the purple
