As TDR and RDZ doesn't answer, I'm moving it to the resources with permission of AnemicRoyalty, the one who moved it here in a first place.
I can't move it, so I'm going to create a new post, but I'm going to delete the zip in this one.
I'll keep this post mainly cos I don't know how to delete it.

Some friendly advice; go back through your post and fix all the spelling errors. You said Texture wasnt entirely mine, guessing your saying you cnp'd some of it from another wc3 skin? It looks wierd on his legs where his scales or chain mail armor meats his torso, the size of the squares changes, and im not art critique but i would say it needs work.

Better than I can do (if that's freehand).

But it won't get approved here.

He seems to be mostly composed of very similar colors and kinda gets a bit blurry in game. Try getting some contrast in there. His armor also ends up looking more like stone then metal.

The face could also use a lot of work.

looks more like a gorilla warrior. the little shingles of metal look like clumps of fur. this is complemented by what looks like a bare chest and abdomen.

maybe if u make the shingles/slates of metal (what looks like fur clumps) bigger and intersperse bolts on them, theyll look more like whats intended.
also if u add some detail like a skull motif/whatever thing or a crack or bolts on the abdomen plate, it wont look like a patch of bare flesh.

but i dont think the armor should cover the whole ogre in the first place... 'ogre suit'? (maybe thats another reason it looks like a gorilla: coz the black stuff seems to be its skin/fur, covering it completely)

I don't really think the model is edited enough. Sure, you've made him chunkier and removed the club and loincloth, but it needs much more to make it really unique. Since this is a model edit rather than just a texture, why not geomerge an actual helmet on? Or add some spikes to his fists for the punching animations? Or some new shoulderpads... anything to give him more character.

The texture is pretty ok, could use more of the gold to break up the metal a bit, but it really should be in .blp format rather than .tga for the sake of filesize.

You've made a good start on this, now really take the time to make it shine!

I've already thought of that, but I don't know how to geomerge. I've read lots of tuts but I still don't know how to add things to a model.
I forgot changing from tga to blp, I'll do it right off.

-Done it.

Yes, he needs some epic hand spikes and some epic spiky shoulderpads

Really he just needs something... different. Something that really makes him look like a "Pit Fighter" and not a gorilla.

geomerging is rather easy actually, just takes awhile to mess around with. i recommend u use mdlvis, since its much easier to use in some aspects than war3model editor. but having both has its benefits too.

Ok..., what's mdlvis? I use war3mdl edit, but you can't actually geomerge there. Are there any tuts in wc3c of mdlvis?
Thanks

i cant link to mdlvis cause its on "the damn russian site". anyways, u CAN geomerge in war3model editor. just go to geoset manager, right click in the box, select import, and find the geoset u want to import. after that you probably will have to move around the geosets, and its much more convienet to do it in mdlvis than in war3model editor.
