Camera, how to slow the cameras movement??

Yea im wondering how to slow the cameras movement, thanx

o yea, and how to make a sky :), just sum simple questions

by slow the camera.. if you mean the scrolling, thats client controled in the settings, dont think you can limit that with triggers, as of a sky, goto actions and push E for environment and choose set sky.
