Achieving this effect

I tried some things, like the frost trap, tome of retraining (which just made me fucking blind).
But none of them give that "blue transparent pillar" effect.

I already have the moon and the snow going, but I can't do that pillar.
Would someone give me a tip?

Thanks in advance!

You might also recolor Level Up, Ressurection or Item Agi/int/str gain

Maybe setting the animationspeed of tome of retraining to 0% after lets say 0.50seconds so it freezes when 'the pillar' has been made already? Or doesn't that work with SFX models? (not sure)

If you want, I may do a quick recolor and some edits to the Flame Strike model (the main pillar), just tell me if you want only the "icy blue" color or if you want also the pillar to be a bit bigger/higher and with some light transparency.

I tried recoloring with setunitvertexcolor, but the only one which gots recolored was Tome of Retraining.

Also, flamestrike looks very bad when you increase its size.

I will use tome of retraining till I think of somethinkg better, thanks for all the suggestions!

I use a unit with the model of an enlarged and tinted Revival for this sort of thing. Then I change the animation speed and transparency via triggers. I'm not sure if it's possible to tint it blue, though.
