Generic cpu controlled heroes skills

I wish to spawn generic heroes of lots of different types, and hand them a certain amount of experience. That's alright, but the AI doesn't automatically use his skillpoints. It's bothersome specifying 80 different possible skills and how to increase them manually, so is it some easier way?

Nope, there is no easier way. If you code everything the right way it gets easier although.
