Hi agian, I was just wondering: is there a way to replace textures without using the Import Manager? I wanted to replace ashenvale cliff and its tileset with, let we say, sunken ruins cliff and its tileset. Thanks :) |

import new texture to your map. (extract from mpq and import to your map) did you read any tutorials? |

I think he was trying to avoid exporting and importing the file. I believe there is an .slk file that handles cliffs and their texture. You could try find it, export it, edit it and import it. I bet you the filesize will be much smaller and you could achieve the same results. |

If it exists, it should be in both war3.mpq and the expansion mpq (updated version for the expansion cliffs). |
