Greenpower	There is a glitch about war3 image extractor. You can use image extractor as mpq or if you have mpq master. I tried to convert from TGA to BLP with Image extractor and it does not work. Use Warcraft 3 viewer as a converter TGA to BLP

What version are you using? I use image extractor II and it works fine for me. Warcraft 3 viewer is good, but sometimes may give you problems with alpha channels.
