"run-time error '55' file already open" with Oinkerwinke's animation transfer

Earlier I had to do an end task with Oinkerwinke's animation program and ever since I get the run-time error '55' file already open error every time I try to convert files. I've tried restarting my computer, deleting the file and redownloading, changing the file names, and changing the animation transfer name. And nothing seems to work. I'd be exceptionally grateful for any help, thanks!

might be a registry problem.

Toshiba help says:

Hidden information: 1) is the switch set to on? (if no then proceed to 2) 2) do a system restore (if it doesn't work/can't do one then proceed to 3) 3) reinstall windows

Clue's in the name. Oinkertools can't overwrite the same file they're operating on; if you're working on Bacon.mdl, you have to save the new version as Bacon2.mdl.
