drawing or render? the base makes me think a render

It 'suspiciously' looks like a scene from WoW. The tiger is definitely copied from WoW. The surroundings\base are as well. I'm not sure about the... Thing riding the tiger though.

Thought it was a render too until I noticed the face looked... different. Also, the walls on the left and right seem to be cut off, so I'm leaning towards concept. Very good job with capturing that WoW feel.

I really think this is just a filtered scene from wow. I don't really know what the hell is mounting the tiger
