Change Map Name W/O Editor

Is there a way to change a map name (the name that shows up before you go to host it) w/o using the editor through mpq editing? I tried to update the version in the title in the war3map.w3i but I keep getting the same version name which is odd.

its located inside mpq header.

you need hex editor to change value.

you must keep lenght of mapname intact, or header will go corrupt.

I managed to fix the header problem with this method.
