Hi, I've been experimenting with unit and hero attack cooldown and noticed that changing the Combat - Attack Cooldown parameter in Object Editor (within the World Editor) doesn't always reflect in-game. According to my current findings, attack cooldown is capped at 0.35 for heroes and 0.72 for units, i. e. no unit (including heroes) can attack faster than approximately three times a second. (even though in heroes and armies-type maps blademasters do seem to attack at insane rates...) Does anyone know if this is indeed the case? Can minimum attack cooldown be changed manually? I haven't been able to find anything of the like "Combat - Minimum Cooldown: 0.35 or 0.72" in the Gameplay Constants table. Thanks |

Try lowering "Combat - Animation Backswing Point" and "Combat - Animation Damage Point" |
