Help with UMSWE customize tile pathability

hi @ all
i need please help! I wanna change the pathability on the village rock (Why am I telling you the specific tile? Dunno...) tile and it won't work. : / I go under the UMSWE and change it, restart the editor and the pathing is still walkable in the editor.

Anyone know why? Do I need some sort of UMSWE plug-in maybe?

i tick "Custom Tile Pathability" and UMSWE is enabled
