A few questions, how to make it so that when a unit dies the killer gets gold, and

How to teleport the whole team at the same time to a region or another unit. And How to lock player spaces when you create a game. I try and select computer in the player properties but when i make the game it just says open. O yea dont forget how to make it so that the killer of a unit gets a gold reward. Thank You all.

For the gold reward (bounty) I believe you use an action like so:
Player- Activate player flag
When you say team, I'll assume you meant player.
Unit Group- Pick every unit in playable map area owned by player X and do (move (picked units) instantly to (region/unit X))

and u "lock it" with player properties -> [X] fixed position
