Description

Description:
As is shown by the text above, this is a 12 player Conquest style map. It has a Warcraft 3 lore base to it, taking place following the events of the Frozen Throne campaign. Each player's goal is to conquer the world of Azeroth. Even though there are 12 players, there is still a plethora of races to choose from..16 to be exact. The details of these races is discussed below.
Events centered around a player's actions is meant to be one of the core mechanics of this map. In this way, it is not all about creating a gigantic army and such. Strategy is crucial, due to the fact that maintaining a large empire is difficult.
Other than that, conquer the world of Azeroth!

Corresponding Races & Players/Colors

Corresponding Races & Players/Colors:

Silver Hand: Led by Lord Reveles, the Silver Hand is located in what is called the Eastern Plaguelands. Surrounded by the Undead, they must secure their holding and work from there. They are also close to the Forsaken, so be sure to either ally or be wary of them!

Forsaken: The shadowy Forsaken are commanded by Dark Lady Sylvanas and the dreadlord Varimathras. Starting out with few units, it is important that Sylvanas uses the Banshees and Dark Rangers she has to Charm and Possess units in order to quickly bolster her forces. From there, she can plan to conquer the world

Naga: Banished from the Night Elven empire millenia ago, Queen Azshara has been plotting to rise above the waves and claim the world as rightfully her own. Even worse, it seems that she may not be working alone in this endeavor.

Night Elves: Guardians of Nature, this ancient race is led by Malfurion Stormrage and Tyrande Whisperwind. Plagued by demons, undead, and satyrs, just to name a few, the Night Elves have been through much. However, despite all of this, whispers of corruption still appeal to a few.

Orcs: Led by the Warchief Shaman Thrall, the Orcs are working towards a new beginning. Descended from demonic corruption, Thrall is persistent in his efforts to prevent another corruption of his people. Yet, history has a funny way of repeating itself.

Tauren: Usually nomadic people, the Tauren were pushed out of their homeland by the Centaur. However, with the arrival of the Orcs, the Tauren have a new chance to reclaim their ancestral holdings.

Scourge (Lich King): Harbingers of a demonic invasion, the Scourge were originally servants of the Burning Legion. However, now the Scourge is advancing at an alarming rate under the command of the newly merged Lich King. Only time will tell if the Lich King succeeds where Sargeras failed.

Scourge (Anub'arak): Bound by the icy will of the Lich King, Anub'arak and his fellow Nerubians have no choice but to serve. Yet, even in the cold reaches of Northrend, whispers of an ancient evil still can be heard by the undead insectoids.

Burning Legion: The Destroyer of Worlds, The Great Enemy of All Life, The Fallen, and The Lord of the Burning Legion...Sargeras has countless titles, and countless more hordes of demons under his control. His avatar has made it into Azeroth. Yet, if his true form managed to break into the world, may the Gods have mercy upon his enemies.

Deathwing & Twilight Dragonflight:* Once a respected Aspect, Deathwing is but a mere shadow of his former noble self. Now he rampages Azeroth, spreading death and destruction. Word also has it that some darker evil is behind Deathwing.

C'thun & Silithid:* The Old Gods. Perhaps more feared than any other being in Azerothian history, yet few know of them. Their consciousness and plans stretch far beyond mortal comprehension. Yet...they still have not been able to retake Azeroth...or have they?

Ragnaros & Dark Iron Dwarves:* One of the Elemental Lords of the Old Gods' armies, Ragnaros loves nothing more than to burn everything in his fiery wake. He was summoned by the Dark Dwarves only for him to enslave them. Now, his fiery elementals and Dark Iron armies press on into Azeroth.

Nozdormu & Infinite Dragonflight:* Some believed him incorruptable due to his incredible power over time. Yet, the rumors have been confirmed..something is wrong with the Aspect of Time. Yet the question still remains..what hope does his enemies have over one who controls the very fabric of time?

Stormwind:* Ravaged by Orcish Hordes and Deathwing himself, the Humans of Azeroth have seen much in past years. Yet, this does not stop them from protecting their homeland and fellow allies. They stand staunch against the enemies of their world, Azeroth.

Ironforge:* Masters of the forge and beer, Ironforge Dwarves' history is rooted in the ancient bringers of life and order, the Titans. Yet they still dont know much about their heritage. In the end, it is up to the Dwarves to determine their own fate in his ever changing world.

Gurubashi Empire:* Once upon a time, nearly half of the super-continent Azeroth was under Gurubashi control. Their only enemy at the time was the Silithid, who the trolls eventually managed to split into what later became Azjol-Nerub and Ahn'Qiraj. Yet, now the Empire is a mere fragment of its former glory. With this, the trolls will stop at nothing to reclaim what used to be theirs.

Titans:* Leaving behind their constructs to watch over the fledgling world of Azeroth, the Titans had left Azeroth so that it may function as it was designed. Yet, this was obviously not the case. Yet, the servitors of the Titans do not stop their mission to bring Azeroth back to what it was. However...Azeroth may be deemed irreversibly corrupt...in which case the execution of planetary origination would take place...

*These races are chooseable by Dark Green, Green & Pink. They each choose their own respective race. Once chosen, the others cannot be chosen. However, those areas will be filled with somewhat AI controlled units.

Description & List of Masteries

Description & List of Masteries:

A Mastery is merely an upgrade that a player has the option of researching. However, unlike most upgrades which only affect a few units or so, a Mastery can have drastic changes upon the race. Some Masteries allow new alliances to be created, new units to become available, and/or new abilities and spells. Each player will have 3-4 Masteries as options to choose. However, only one can be researched. Once researched, the others will dissapear. Here is a list of the races' Masteries (thus far):

Silver Hand:
Light's Vengeance: Once researched, the Silver Hand will become the Argent Crusade by merging with the Death Knights of Archerus. New units, such as Death Knights, will become available. Also, new heroes, upgrades, spells, and abilities will also be available. However, this can only become researched after Archerus: The Ebon Hold is conquered by the Silver Hand.
A New Dawn: The Silver Hand is finely attuned to the Holy Light. Upon further meditation and self soul-searching, the Silver Hand has been contacted by other races who are quite familiar with the Holy Light. Some of these races include the Draenei and Naaru. In addition to these new units and heroes, all pre-existing Silverhand units will be transformed due to their enlightenment.
The Other Side of the Light: Possible the greatest enemy of the Silverhand, the Lich King will stop at nothing to bring this order of Holy Light wielders under his will. He has succeeded. You now serve the Lich King with all of your units being transformed into undead variants. This comes with new units, abilities, spells, and heroes.

Forsaken:
The Forgotten Shadow: The true philosophy of the Dark Lady and the Forsaken, it has finally taken hold of all Forsaken. They now practice it diligently and wish to carry out the Dark Lady's will. New units, upgrades, and abilities will be available.
Echoes of Lordaeron: When Arthas returned to his father's kingdom of Lordaeron, he killed and tortured countless souls with his betrayal. Now they wait in sorrow in the depths of the broken down Undercity. Yet, Sylvanas has taken advantage of this and commands them. New units are available while a passive ability is applied to original units. Also, a ranged attack is applied to all buildings.
Plague of Unbridled Vengeance: For years the Forsaken have been attempting to perfect a plague that would not raise the dead into undeath, but rather eradicated all forms of life, both dead and living. They have finally succeeded. With the creation of this new deadly plague, new siege units, upgrades, and a new alliance will be available. However, Sylvanas will be lost.

Naga:
Master of the Abyss: Having been under the sea for thousands of years and with her obsessive desire to control the oceans, Queen Azshara has made it one of her top priorities to control the behemoths which dwell deep in the abyss. Her goal has been accomplished. New units and upgrades will be available.
Slaves to the Interlopers: Perhaps the greatest threat to the Naga's quest for ocean dominance is Neptulon and his water elemental armies. However, with the aid of your master, now they have been enslaved in elemental shackles. New units, upgrades, and abilities will be available.
More Masteries to come for Naga

Night Elves:
Corruption at its Finest: Fandral has gathered Night Elves loyal to him and performed a coup convincing them that the current leadership will only lead to their demise, but his followers do not realise that Fandral is actually under the control of Xavius until it is to late. Xavius reveals himself and transforms the coup of Night Elves into Satyrs, loyal to the Burning Legion. Yet, Malfurion and Tyrande will hear nothing of this and leave the Night Elves. New units, heroes, upgrades, and abilities will become available, as well as a new alliance.
Ancient Protector's of Azeroth: Called by the Night Elves, the ancients, gargantuan tree people, have arisen in answer. They have witnessed countless events unfold in Azeroth, such as the first invasion of the Burning Legion and Deathwing's betrayal. Thus, their wisdom is invaluable to the Night Elves. Upon research, new units and a new hero will become available.
Chosen of Elune: Elune is venerated by the Night Elves above all else. In times of peace or strife, Elune's name is said with blessing. Now during perhaps their most dire time of need, Elune has answered their call. New units and a passive ability for all units will be available.
Arcanica Renewal: Banished from the Night Elven society, the remaining Night Elf mages known as the Shen'dralar stowed themselves away within Grim Batol. Yet, these times of extreme peril have caused the Night Elves to reconsider their anger. New units and a new hero will become available.

Orcs:
Call of the Spirits: Due to Thrall's shamantistic background, he has prompted the exploration of the orcs' shamanistic past. This has resulted in a revolution and enlightenment within the Orcish Horde. New units, abilities, and upgrades will be available.
Crazy Little Green Folk: The Orcs and Goblins used to be allies during the Second War. Yet, with the Horde's defeat, their alliance became mute. Yet, this bond has been renewed. New units, heroes, and upgrades will be available.
Unleash the Beast: In the past, the Orcs used to have extremely powerful bonds with the beasts of Draenor, almost similar to that of a druid. Yet with the demonic corruption, much of this was lost, until now. A bond has been made with the creatures of Azeroth, leading to new units and a new hero.

Tauren:
Recognition of An'she: The moon goddess, Mu'sha, was always given her due respects by druids, such as the Night Elves and Tauren. However, speculation began which suggested that a crucial part, the sun goddess An'she, was being forgotten which caused imbalance. Since the Tauren strive for balance, they pursued this new philosophy of harnessing the energy and power of the light. As a result, the Sunwalkers have emerged. New units, heroes, and upgrades will be available

Scourge (Lich King):
Beasts of the Frozen North: Seeking to bring all forces under his control, the Lich King has set his sights upon the very essence of Northrend, of which he has succeeded. New units and a passive ability applied to all units is available upon research.
Corruption of Blood: Following the defeat of Illidan, Lady Vashj, and Kael'thas' invasion in Northrend, a large part of their surviving forces were scattered. Among them were Blood Elves. The Lich King has sought them out and brought them under his unholy and icy fist, creating the faction within the Scourge known as the San'layn. New units and a hero will be available.

Sneak Peek of Special Events In-Game

Sneak Peek of Special Events In-Game:

Silver Hand:
1) If they conquer Archerus, the Silver Hand will gain Tirion Fordring as a hero. In addition, they will morphe into the Argent Crusade.

Naga:
1) If allied with any 3 of Anub'arak (when he turns to Yogg-Saron alliance), Deathwing, Ragnaros, or C'thun, an Elemental War will break out in Azeroth. Elementals under the control of the named races will spawn all over Azeroth. In addition, powerful elementals of varying degree & new abilities will be available.

Orcs:
1) If a bloodpact from Azgalor is accepted, the orcs will become Fel Orcs in the ruined world of Outland along with Azgalor.

Tauren:
1) If Cairne Bloodhoof and his fellow Tauren manage to fight through the Centaurs, Thunder Bluff will be available to the Tauren.
2) If Cairne dies in battle (in any way), Baine Bloodhoof will take his father's place as Chieftan of the Tauren tribes.
3) If Cairne or Baine travels to Northrend, Taunka will become trainable.

Lich King:
1) As long as the Lich King controls Utgarde Keep, Ymirjar & Val'kyr (undead melee/spellcaster Vrykul) are able to be trained
2) As long as the Lich King controls Zul'Drak, Blightblood Trolls & Blight Trolls (undead melee/ranged trolls) are able to be trained
3) As long as the Lich King controls Wyrmrest Temple, Magma Wyrms & Ember Wyrms (undead dragons) are able to be trained
4) If Red (Silver Hand) kills the Lich King, then a building will spawn at the throne inside Icecrown Citadel called Bolvar Fordragon, Jailor of the Damned. This building creates a debuff that affects all units controlled by Light Blue (decreased movement speed, attack speed, damage dealt, etc). However, if Kel'Thuzad reaches level 12, he can destroy the building, freeing the Undead of the Scourge and transforming Kel'Thuzad into something very powerful

Undead Nerubians:
1) After 15 minutes of gameplay, Anub'arak is given the option of betraying the Lich King to reforge an allegiance to Yogg-Saron. Also, alliances towards C'thun, Deathwing, and several other races will become available.

Deathwing & Twilight Dragonflight:
1) If Deathwing travels to a certain spot in Blackrock spire, his son, Nefarian, will join Deathwing's cause. In addition, his most famous experiment, known as the Chromatic Dragonflight, will join the ranks of Deathwing.
2) If Deathwing travels to a specific spot in Dustwallow Marsh, Onyxia, his daughter, will aid Deathwing in his campaign against Azeroth. In addition, Black Dragons will become trainable.

Ironforge:
1) If Magni Bronzebeard travels to a specific location in Northrend, the Frostborn Dwarves and his long lost brother, Muradin (now under the name of Yorg Stormheart), will join Ironforge.

That is all the sneak peek for now. I will post more as time goes on :ogre_haosis:

Thanks Deolrin :)

@Won-Qu: Awesome! We test about every day or every other day. We normally test on the US West Realm and meet in the channel ''icanwin''. If you wish to test, just head on over there when you feel like it :)

I'll make sure to visit that channel, however I'm from Europe, so it would be pretty hard to be online at the same time. Also at the moment I'm using not-so-good connection, but a little lag is not a problem. You could send me a PM on forums and tell me exact hours of tests, so I could be online at time.

Haha. The ogres are creeps that people kill :)

There is never a definite time that we host. It is at random times. So I would recommend just popping into wc3 us west when u are free every once in awhile, and see if we are testing. My username is Silverfish423 and i am normally online. So you can just ask me if I am on or not
