You get the Jass NewGen Pack along with the latest version of JassHelper.

Alright, thanks Moyack! I was afraid I'd have to download it, but... yeah. Um... I guess, if I'm going to fool around with an editor, I may as well fool around with a good one?

Anyway, thanks much. :)

(Nope, it's XP with the classic settings. . .
I miss my 98 computer, it had less processes running- it was also outdated like hell, but that's beside the point.)

EDIT:

I seem to have run into a problem trying to extract that archive. It prompts me to replace the existing files (as it should, I may have already downloaded it and didn't know it), I click 'Yes to All', and then I get this:

I then try the process again, and it asks me, "Do you want to replace this file (0 bytes) with this file (it actually has bytes)?" I click 'Yes to All', and get this again

Uh...? Should I re-download again (again)?

Try again with WinRar program to extract that.
And second: you need turn off Ativirus when extract that archive, sometimes, it's think jassnewgenpack5d have a Trojian.
Ah, with your problems in #1, I think you don't worry about that said! when turn off trigger and turn on it again, WE will about some Init trigger function. Because World Editor (WE) can't understand about vjass!

Based on those debug messages, my first guess would be that your 7-zip is outdated and is unable to extract the files which were compressed with a newer version or something. Have you tried both versions, the original and moyack's? The original takes a bit longer to set up due to having to download JassHelper separately but if it works with your 7-zip, it might be faster than getting the other file to work.
