Frozen Tooltip

Sometimes Food tooltip display stays frozen (does not go away)
and then my spell tooltips are rendered over it.
And since tooltip background is transparent I get scrambled display.

Anyone knows the cause of this? Some trigger selection stuff maybe?
(I can't pinpoint it down, it is totally random, but it always happens at beginning of game)
