3 Orc Heroes

Ok I am sure most of you have seen this thread:
Create a Hero for my Dungeon.

So far I recieved a lot of "I'll try to think of a hero" responses both in a thread and with PMs.
People seem to be having general problem of lack of ideas, so I decided to narrow it down a bit.

Since 4vsUndead revolves around generic STR/AGI/INT hero classification,
and since there already are 3 human heroes in the game,
the next logical step is to do 3 orc heroes.

So I am going to pick a 3 default orc heroes and give some basic ideas about how they should look.
What I expect from this thread is for people to refine/change those ideas until we come to a full hero definition.
That includes descriptions of all spells, of their icons and description of possible ways of implementation.

As ideas get more refined and agreed upon by more people I will enter them here in the first post.
Everyone is welcome to contribute ideas, to any hero and to more than one hero.

I reserve a right for myself to make a final decision/selection of ideas.
Any decision I make can be overriden by at least 3 "you are being a douchebag" votes from different idea contributors.

Hopefully, when all ideas are completed it will be much easier to find 3 people to do some work.
In case of more than one people wanting to create a hero (like that will ever happen) precedence goes to one with more idea contributions.

I wish I was admin so I could promise more rep for good ideas, but as much as I can give you shall get.

//=======================================================
// STARTING HERO DEFINITIONS:
//=======================================================

Tauren Chieftain - STR

War Stomp: game default

Tauren Axe: something about his axe? a pasive? one-hit?

Totem: effects to be defined.
using this model: Doodads\Barrens\Props\TaurenTotem\TaurenTotem1.mdl

Rage: to be defined

Ancestral Spirits: Not a default reincarnation but something more interesting? Summoning maybe?

Blademaster - AGI (No mirror image and No wind walk)

Ultimate: transformation from green into red model (Blademaster of Blackrock Clan)
effects to be defined.

Bladestorm: this can be used as default, but not as ulty
can be triggered if someone comes with a better use for that spining animation.

Evasion: passive, using PASBTN mirror image icon

Critical Strike: Active ability (because he has a nice second attack animation)
Can be one hit or some duration buff.

One Spell Idea missing.

Shadow Hunter - INT (No Big Bad Vodoo)

Healing Wave: Game Default

Debuff Ward: Stasis Trap model - effects to be defined.

Hex: can be triggered(mass) or not, should pay attention to champion and boss classifications!
Hex is a candidate for a 1-level skill if no better is found

Serpent Wards: can be triggered(mass) or not or replaced by some better spell idea

Ultimate Spell Idea missing.

Shadow Hunter is an agility hero.

Plays enough like a caster to warrant a stat change. :P

Anyway, Im really leaning towards Hex being an innate ability. Healing Wave or anything that heals really needs to scale and hence be levelable. Disables like Hex already scale in utility since 10 second sheep is always what it does regardless of the enemy stats.

Shadow Hunter being agility hero is a mistake by blizzard.
Like Kino said, It is a natural caster.

I agree about hex being an innate, but I also think it should scale.
I though of making it a mass ability but that is too strong.

Maybe making it a single target but adding a XY% critical chance to hex the next creature in the area. That way it can have a nice chain effect (if you get really lucky with numbers)
Chained hex chance increasing with Level or INT perhaps...
Chances getting reduced when cast on champions...
It probably should not work on bosses.

Shadow Hunter is also a bad name for a Voodoo themed caster, any better ideas?

The issue I'm having is making my hero dull enough to fit with the others. I mean, no projectiles, movements skills, aimed skills, on damage effects, buff interactions... I'm sort of at a loss for what I CAN do.

Anyways about that hex: chain effects is probably over-complication,
percent chance to do small aoe hex would be better.

When you hex some unit a spell has 25% chance to bounce off and hex nerby units.
It is interesting and simple to make:

Collapse JASS:
    if GetRandomInt(1, 100) <= CRIT_CHANCE then
        call Dummy_Create0(p, tx, ty, face, AID_dummy_hex, level)
        set g = Group_EnemiesAroundUnit(bj_lastCreatedUnit, RADIUS)
        call Dummy_CastOnGroup(bj_lastCreatedUnit, OID_hex, g)
    endif

@Here-b-Trollz
Stop fighting against the wc3 engine, embrace the dark side.
Post your hero ideas in the original thread (this one is for orc heroes only) and see if someone can come up with a "stupider" version.
