UIs

Hi, I have a question, Is there a software to open UI files in WarCraft Resources.

0. Ok, It looks like a simple question, but please let me tell out more details. I can open .blp file in

models as textures by converting them into .tga files. But when I try to open UI .blp file, the cosnverted

result is a empty file. Does Billizard encrypt the UI files?

1. why I need UIs resources? I am a programmer and am transporting the WarCraft3 Dota into XNA platform. ( A

personal projection in free time). The maps and models are already transported. One of next steps is to

transport the UIs. So I want whole UIs resources.

2. Actually, If you are interested in this project and want to use your own UIs. You can also email me your

resources. That's what I want, too. Using a better UI interface is cool. (And it's suggestted to adopt the

WarCraft 3 original Layout.)
