i'm trying to mix and match terrain chips from way too many different chipsets and some of them look terrible together. specifically lava on abyss and rocky snow on abyss ![]() ![]() im not looking for the end result to be a work of art, id just like it so that lava and rocky snow don't have stray bits floating on the abyss background. can someone point me in the right direction for how to fix this? also if anyone has any ideas why rocky snows texture looks so discontinuous id be all ears. its like its just in wallpaper mode rather than meshing |

I think I heard once that WC3 tileset tiles aren't actually 64x64, they're 63x63 -- so that lost row mangles the whole lot in game. Not sure what a fix is, but trivia is good right? |

if its possible for some it should be possible for all though. in the screenshots, other terrains dont have the same problem |

If I remember correctly you can play with the order of the tiles to see which one overlaps with the other. And of course you could edit the texture so that the alpha channel does what you want it to do (just open a tileset and see what the alpha channel looks like) |
