Bad Logic

The idea is you can have to 3 mines that detonate when stepped on.
If you plant more than 3, the first is removed and the new mine is counted as 1.
Makes sense if you override mines manually.

However what if mine 2 or 3 detonates?
Then, how would you logically reshuffle the index of the remaining mines?
