Fairy light trails. Those glows were actually intended to be fairies or whatever, and the light trail is the path they traveled. Like when you take photos with long shutter speeds at longer exposures. The plan was to also to contrast a monochrome scenery with some strings of vibrant colors.

It's just the cable model from the old Lighting and Modern Objects Pack by WindexIsBack, that apparently is deleted now. And an additive material filter. But really, any thin, arched object could work.

I can PM you this one if you want.

Neat idea. The shrine is a bit too simple for my taste. I think it could also look cool if some of the lights went around the dude.
