.tga supported program

hey im editing the infernal skin, just some indepth coloring, would jus like some info on a program that supports tga so i can color edit

and hopefully you can provide me a freeware program thx, lol cant spend much money on editing right now

thats for the free trial of PSP, it supports .tga among others.

or u can try GIMP, it's freeware
