Oh you gotta be kiddin'. So fast? 15 mb? Man, that's a lot of music... |

hehe, well yes there's more music than the previous parts |

AIIIII AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Shoot, that is the BOMB! The terrain in the movie was absolutely perfect. The music fitted exactly nice, and the excitement was high-up. The end of Scene 2 was weird. You're just trying to make everything hopeless... |

Is that really the message you received? |

wow! another great installment. a few comments: 1) Terraining = excellent. Those columns going together, really cool 2) i think using lord of the rings music was a mistake. At least for me it made me keep thinking about the movie. If I hadn't seen the movie the music would have been right on, but since its so familiar... 3) the dialogue as usual could use a little work (its a little awkward in a lot of places) but it gets the message across. aside from my quibbles, this series r0xx0rs |

Well I made up the scene 2 in my head as I was listening to my LotR soundtrack. That's mainly how I work I guess =) As for the dialogues I'm doin the best I can since english isn't my native language. |

i really liked the bridge and the cave, very god ideas. The music was great, the terrian was great, but like it was said i found the ebst parts to be the action ones and not the dialog. Expessally at the end of part 2 when all the text is displayed on the screen, the sentances break off in a somewhat random pattern sometimes, casueing it to be hard to read. Overall its a really great job though. |

ya, your maps are great. Don't get me wrong. As to english not being your native language...well if that's the case then your maps are even cooler, considering. And the music is fine, its really a very minor complaint. rock on, can't wait for the next installment |

yeah great work! :D Can't wait for the next one |

I wouldn't post it if it wasn't true. The message in my head was: Is it all hopeless? Why write everything negative at the end? Like, it said the they don't know where the wizard was and such. |

Guest | Khazad Dûm... Mines of Moria :gsmile: VERY impressive. -How do you make those high cliffs? I know you made it with hills, but how did you make them so steep ,and the edges so sharp? |

Well the first paragraph is all about hope "No matter what happens, you're not alone to face all of this." That's the main idea of it. As for the second paragraph, well it's still mysterious because you ain't got any idea of what may have happenned... I hope you get my point :) Quote:
Well at first I didn't know I could do that, I had just downloaded UMS 3.6 and made a normal hill, but suddenly the edge of it looked much sharper than it usually was. I used the plateau tool and there it was! |

you can edit the degree of cliffs in UI\MiscData.txt it goes from 0-85 degrees. |

I downloaded 3.6, but nothing happened. I really want to do the high-terrain effect WITHOUT the stupid editting. I know how to do it, its just annoying to extract and stuff. |
