Here is my newest skin, I put alot of detail into his visible flesh and highlighted his armor for a more 'realistic' in a way, shining effect. I also pulled the runes off of FrostMourne. |

Guest | The armor and sword are pretty cool, but I the arms are terrible IMO. Fix em up and you should have a nice skin. ![]() |

How should I fix them up? What changes should be made? |

Honestly, that looks like one of Maverick2000's skins with the texture stretched, distorted, smeared, etc on the arms and face. I'd recommend lowering the detail level a bit and blending parts of the texture more. -Insaniteus- |

Acctually Kyan'Do is a play off of the name of a place you go to on onimusha, a game, in Kyan'Do fortresss where your barraged by tons of huge heavy-sword wielding piles of armor. About it looking like Maverick's skins, I only used the edit edges tool and the ocean ripples tool in different ways, some burn tool on the armor. Sorry if its overdone, i'll try to keep the detail down, the massive ammount of overdone obviously detail was meant to appear as android-type flesh. This was just an experiment skin to see what some of the other tools could do, but in my opinion it kind of failed, completely failed to become what I planned it to be. |

I think we are getting detail mixed up with bad smudging and use of color altering tools. It looks somewhat like a pattern fill for the face and the sword and such to me. I dont know, but it seems that you like to use those, since a few of your skins have had pattern fills. |

Firstly, I don't know if you did, but: NEVER use filters! NEVER EVER! They get real old real fast. Textures are OK though, when used SUBTLE. I tend to get this problem too, that my skins get too detailed, then zoom in a bit less, and give it pretty bright colours so the features stand out more. |
