Frag Gren = Frost Nova Napalm Gren = Probably trigger based (Create region around point and do X?) but could be Blizzard. Am I right? Nice icons, BTW |

Actually they're both Frost Nova, which I just realised won't work with the Napalm Grenade since the damage isn't per second with Frost Nova. To achieve the effect I suggest you use Unholy Frenzy as your base spell instead: Set the tagets to enemies, the attack speed bonus to 0 and give it a value in the Area1 field so it does AoE. ~kharma |

Your right about the frag grenade, its based off frost nova. The napalm grenade is based off unholy frenzy, like Kharma suggested. I use a trigger in my map to kill any units whose health gets reduced to 1 by the spell. Thank you the compliments, and thanks for the advice Kharma. |

Team fortress? Haha... some of the classes in this map may be similar or even the same as some of the TF units but the feel is very different from actual TF. It is also probably very different from any exisiting CTF maps so far( I havent played any so I wouldn't know ). For instance, one unit I love is the sniper... he shadow melds, has critical strkie, trushot aura, very long range and plenty of damage. What makes him balanced is that he runs fairly slowly and fires at an absurdly slow rate ( think its something like 5.2 cooldown ). Have no fear though, its all balanced! Many units have skills to pin faster/or cloaking units down so they can attack them. I hope it plays fairly well in multiplayer; the first public test should be ready by this weekend. Just PM me or get on IRC if you wanna help me test it saturday. :D |
