Here is a group of Icons i made tell me what u think...

somehow I get the feeling you voted "They rock" on your own poll, since this is a new poll to me and theres a vote in there already. Doesn't matter though, sometimes I end up voting on my own polls too :D

i posted wrong pics, i saved over with old icons i made long ago, so ur looking at my first few icons i made. if i can find a way to find my newer ones ill post,( newer ones based like units and look good hehe)

Top left and Top right ones are neat

top left, top right are ok even though they are just dots with motion blur. the rest...not so much.

Sorry, these just aren't good enough. I wouldn't use them in my own map or bother with playing a map that did. I am curious to see you new ones though. Mainly the problem with these is they clash so horribly with the existing ones. No detail, some are monochrome. I couldn't do much better without using an existing icon for a base but I wouldn't use my own work either until I improve some.

One second glance, the bottom middle one is actually decent and worth using.

They look pretty nice but i see no use for them for anything in the game actullay.

You might want to darken up the one on the bottom right corner. I play with my Gamma REALLY high and that would look white to me.

I have to agree with Kaos. I would stick to doing slight edits to existing icons. It is hard to create new art from scratch. Bliz artists are top in the industry. Instead of spending 30 seconds motion blurring dots, taking 5 mins to edit an existing icon would be a better idea IMO. I'm not saying that I could do a better job with new art, but here is what I whipped up in less than 5 mins to make "disarm" and "human mirror image" icons:

the icons in the first post look like 5 minute MS Paint work >_<
