.:Something I noticed in MiscData.txt:.

The max height of a map is 2048, and the maximize radius is 6. 6x2048 = 12288. Smooth levels is 3 3x12288 = 36864 (Max cell number)

If you double 6 and 3 you get 12 and 6. If you add half of the original number to both (3 and 1.5) you get 15 and 7.5.

15x7.5x2048 = 230400 (Max cell numbers of 480x480 map)

I've tried using this, but the number of max cells still stays at 36864.

Does someone else have any ideas?

miscdata.txt can only be modified for use in patch.mpq, not in an individual map

while making a map that large is all fine and dandy, it still will not function correctly in-game, i forgot who posted it before, but if its above the legal sizes, blight will not work correctly, it will crash flat out, or other problems, not to mention the insane lag casued by the sheer size of it
