Guest | Hey. I started making the skins for my map... oh well.. I never did something like this before (but i work every day at work with Photoshop & Co). It took me quite a while to find out how teamcolours work, what looks good ingame and what not.. Now I got my Sorc-Edit nearly finished. Its nothing big, she just has a dark gothic look. Has someone ever edited HAIR? I would like to change the red-brown Sorc-Hair into black hair .. but that looks like lots of detail work I cannot manage. Any Ideas, Tips or Trick? Or maybe you did this already once? :-( |

Well, I have only done this one time (look at my avatar) so I'm not sure if it'll work, but what I did was to make it entirely darly darklies black. Then I added some grey lines in it untill it looked hairy enough. (You might want to add a bit fewer grey lines than I did.) Good luck:D |

I suggest changing/removing the eye shadow, making her face paler, and changing the gold trim to silver. but its still better than anything i could do |

Did you give her a boob job? You are a surgeon of the highest caliber! Nice shading! The skeletal hand looks kinda like an afterthought though. Maybe integrate team colors with a better pattern / other way? Nice job though! |

Ok, if all you want to do is change the color of something (like hair) then with photoshop, then use the paint brush tool, and set the pulldown menu to "Color". This way it only transfers the color to the existing texture, and it doesn't overwrite or smear it. This will make the Hair grey/black and still look detailed. -Insaniteus- |

i like she a lot (nice b00bs hehe) but u should turn off lightning (L Key) on WE when taking screenshots, so you can have a better notion of the coloring. btw you should change the temcolor on her cape... too colorful. maybe making it smaller or not this bright |

Guest | Ok here is the next version... pale skin ... and silver instead of gold :-) I took another teamcolor this time KDEWolf: Next time without lightning. Bout the teamcolor, I thinks with normal gamecamera it looks fine ... but thx for the suggestion, i will look in it now and maybe make it abit smaller. |

Guest | Could a Mod rename the topic to "Suggestions on my skins"? Then I can just keep spamming this thread :-P Here is my Elvish Blade Dancer. |
