Guest | I made this world to show off my l33t idea 5k1ll5, but why keep it a secret? Use, enjoy! ___________________________ You've probably read about Greek Mythology, and that one of the major themes of it is the Gods overthrowing theire parents, the Titans. On the world of Savant, that just happened. About twenty years ago. The Gods won out, but just by the skin of their teeth, as only six remain (possibly seven, the existance of the seventh is as yet unknown). Now, those gods are the Elemental Four (Fire, Earth, Water, Air), the Eternal Twins (Life, Death), and the unknown one is the Time Lord. There is, however, a problem, and that problem is this: You can't kill a Titan. They must be imprisoned. Of course, the Gods knew this, and put their malicious parents in some of the most clever hiding places of all. They knew, however, that if one of them were to become corrupt, and free the Titans, they would never be able to hold out. So, the known six of them each created a race, and linked their existance to that race. Because, as gods, and siblings, they could not kill each other, but they had to have a way to keep each other in check. Therefore, if one god was becoming too powerful, or too greedy, the other gods, would order their respective races to make war on them, and in that way diminish their power to the appropriate level. The Gods' races went like this: Fire created Humans, a balanced race, with strong senses of morals and justice. Earth created Orcs, a stout warrior race that were rough on the outside, but deep down they were honorable and kind. Water created the Urchins, a proud, race of blue-skinned lizardfolk that could breath on land or in water. Air created Aetheans, a carefree and fickle race of catlike people, that could sprout wings and take flight whenever they wished. Life and Death compromised to create their race, the Elves, who came in both light and dark colors, but were designed to perfectly complement each other, like the Yin and the Yang. Just as the existance of the seventh God, the Timelord, is not known, so is the existance of his race, if he even created one. _________________________ I've got a storyline for this running up in my head, but feel free to use at your leisure. |

Skipped through it, too little details. If you think it is so useful, I won't close it. |

I noticed. I already editted it out. It doesn't seem very useful to me. The best thing it can do is inspire someone with several ideas but it has far too little details to really make it useful. How can I be so sure? I have been creating a "new world" for the last 2 years. |
