Download it from the downloads section of wc3campaigns, it's very simple once you've got it |

They are slopes, not cliffs. That's why the ghouls can 'fall' down them. The editor simply makes some changes in the miscdata.txt that bypasses the default maximum slope settings. The part with the bridge being destroyed and the ghouls falling off the cliff is made simply by having the terrain slope to almost vertical, to make it looks as though they're falling into a bottomless pit when infact they are simply falling on the terrain below. Hmm..did I just break the rule that a magician never reveals his secrets? :P ~kharma |

I don,t know where's the problem, the 3.6 was announced in the news like 1 month ago. The one in the downloads section is only the 3.4. look in the news forums, the link might be in there. |

Whaah, I did it! Since I saw the Sneak Preview (with the high 'hills') en Part III (with the high cliffs) I was wondering how to do that. I just couldn't get it done! But know it worked, thanks to kharma (and of course Part III from DeamonKillar which I looked at in UMSWE!)! Get the 'raise' tool and raise you terrain to the desired level. Then use the 'plateau' tool and click on the top of the hill you just created! Tadaa, You cliff is ready! I found some other methods as well, about how to make very 'thin' high cliffs (if you get what I mean). I don't know if kharma and Deamonkillar did the same like I did, but this worked for me! Probably, most of you know this already, but it was a great discovery for me :D |
