Deleting files in an MPQ

I've been using MPQ2k for the longest time to insert files. All the other programs other than BigspecificMPQ and mpqview don't work on my machine. Is there a way to delete a file from a mpq archive? Lets say I stupidly sent a file to the wrong directory in the mpq and then I did it again in the right dir. Well there's that waste of space file in a dead dir. in the mpq. I'd really like to know how to just delete that file rather than starting all over with a new mpq reinserting tonnes of files again. Or putting having to put in null files for space. I like my mpqs clean :)
