Icon Problem (yes i know it's old)

Dose anybody remember the whole "I can't see the icons" problem? Well ever since I reformated I got it. I never realy read the threads about how to fix it becasue I didn't have it befor. Help.:(

BTW, check to see if you wiped out your alpha channel.
