Need terrain ideas.....

I got almost half my map done (West side of my river) and I'm outta ideas, this huge map is a bigger responsibility than I thought. Right now I have a nice town, a cave, a forest maze, a rundown temple sorta thing, A river and lake, a scorched forest and a small camp.

I need some interesting Ideas, that would make the map look nice.

It's kinda hard to help you since i dony know how you want yor mpa to be, but you can have big forests, A big mountain(done with 85 slope) a nice like and a big and wonderful waterfall running down into it from the mountai i mentioned earlier...
