I don't know who you are or where to find you, but your program is great, it saves lots of time. Right now my WE is being extra slow so this is a big help.
I have version 2.1, is there a newer one?

EDIT: You can also change the values in this that you can't in regular WE, such as changing minimum values lower, and maximum values higher. In regular WE the lowest str,agi,int is 1, you can set it to 0 in this without anything going bad.

EDIT2: It can't change unit sounds however.
