Need help really bad with Mpqs

I don't want to have to include all the stuff from the War3patch.mpq file with my mod. I need some other way. I can't use plain w3ms because I'm going to use custom spells. I really need some way of patching the mpq, some program to add in files, as not everyone knows how to use an MPQ program.
How do I go about doing this?

Use the campaign installer made by zepir. If you try to patch peoples main mpq's your gonna break their ability to play regular multiplayer games without desyncing. you need to have your own mpq and your own exe in a subfolder which zepirs installer can do.

Why, exactly can't you just patch the .w3ms? Ever since 1.03 or so spell editing has worked with the files in the map.
