Can you display a dialog message for individual players?

The dialog box will be the same all the time for each player, but when it comes up for one player I don't want it to come up for the rest. My question is, does War3 show the dialog box for all players or can it do them individually?

It can be done individually, look at the DMMOD, can't tell you how atm since I'm at school.

It can definetly be done for only one player. It lets you choose who to show the dialog to. It is very underused in multiplayer, where the possibilities are endless.
