I ask this here, because unfortunately I didn't get a mail yet (:cuss: I want to have the beta!). I saw screenshots of these turtle creeps, which can also move on water. I thought that this can be used for mods (with real ships). Maybe someone who owns the beta can answer this. |

i dont have the beta but i (somehow) got the mpq and checked out the WE. there are 2 new movement types: float and amphibious. HURraY! |

yes it is possible, many of the new creeps have a regualr move, and then a swim move and attack etc., though at the moment, the only ships are human |

I does have ships. They dont show up in any of blizz's maps, but they are in the editor. Besides the transport ship, there is a destroyer and new battleship. They are total ownage. Cant wait till people start making naval maps. |

Theres a new unit editor field called something like "requires water in distance" and whatever. This means there will be buildable naval units, or atleast they wanna let us make our own. |
