Text Color Editer

Where can i get the program that changes the color of text for the World Map Editor?

This program is also a map editor enhancer...
it gives you the marine, hydralisk, zergling, and space orc

Ummm.... I alrdy have that editor....Where do i go in it....thats what my question should be.

ok if you open it up it gives you a window with options on the top... go to additional functions, color wizard.

I don't recommend this editor since patch 1.02. Instead I'd use this handy tool, which I found somewhere. I don't remember where I got it, so I post it here.
