mssing an attack on high ground

i was looking in my folders today, deleting the stuff that i dont need and i came across this information in my war3 folder. a ranged unit has a 0.25 chance of missing a unit on higher ground. i posted this cause iv seen some post that ask this type of question. so i though that i might tell u the answer.

That is, a unit on cliff level 0 has a 25% chance to miss a unit on a cliff level 1+. Just to clear it up.

so would that mean that a unit on ground 0 will have a 50% chance of missing an attack on a unit that is on cliff lvl +2?
