Guest | How do avoid far clipping? I have some mountains in the background that look like crap as I pan away from it. I tried changing the AoA, FoV and Rotation but it doesn't leave me with the shot I want. I tried changing the far clipping to 4000, but it keeps jumping back to 5000. Any ideas? |

Well, you can Far Z back quite far, but there might be a limit to how far you can see in-game. Try modifying Far Z with triggers in-game. Camera - Set camera field Far Z etc.. -Insaniteus- |

Guest | I've used 10000 before and that just seemed to make the mountains look worse (all black texture). That would be ideal. I'll try changing the far z in-game. If I do that, will it still snap back to the next camera z when you apply a new camera? BTW, your map was hilarious. I DL'd it for the first time last night. Had me in stitches. When the WWF guy came riding in on the horse was pure comedy. Dang near inspired me to do a cinematic map myself, except I don't think I could stand waiting through 5 minutes of cins just to see how some new addition came out. I think you have "insane" patience:) |
