need help with spell editing

Diablo88	i want to make a sort of shadowmelt but i want to make it so that it works also when its light but you must be in a range (dunno what) of a forest can you make a spell like that ?

Tiki	use the windwalk spell, just change the icon and stuff to look like shadowmeld!
