Guest | Congratulations, Daemon Killar, you did it again! Scene I: :D : + Your characters seemed so real in the first tragic scene... I actually cried at the fate of the warriors... Nice work! + Chase scene - I really had not an idea that Ancient Elves will actually assist humans after they destroyed their capital and all... + Great skins, both the Fellhounds, and the Ancient Elves. + It really expands the plot very well, as well as gives more information on Elves. I also like the tree thing - it's quite new to have a giant sentient tree rule over the Elves, or at least be an object of worship. + I also liked the human legion an idea - is it something like Chaos Orcs? + Once again, a great use of music, even through not as good as in scene II. :nono: : - Portal and the Ship looked sort of strange... - Text switches too fast with the Ancient Elf leader, I barely managed to read it all. That was probably the main head-ache, because that I think I missed some parts of the history there - maybe it's just because English is my second language, but still... Scene II: :D : + Thomas and Algor skins. + The music (both when they ran through Kel'Dorah towards Zuchabbar, and when they raced to the city gainst the skeletons), it's simply fabulous! You are right, it absolutly fits the scene! + The battle was once again amazing! Great work! + Comic Relief! :ggani: Reminds a part of battle report I read, when at first, a small army persues and even smaller army, then the smaller army's ally comes, and so on, while one of the players observes, and only in the end they finally decide to fight! LOL. + The Algor twist, even through I already figure it out that he was EVIL. + The battle between the Doom Guards and Luther - great Special Effects! + And last, but not least, the suspense! :nono: : - The soldiers came out of the tents rather... strangly... Oh well! - After Luther negotiated with Nicholas, it was rather strange that Luther's troops risked their lives and didn't go run to the gate instatnly. At least with me, they at first hesitated, and then suddenly ran. - Two things that I didn't understand: are Mer'vitti the Pit Lord and Algor the same person? And did Algor capture Thomas, or did Thomas escape to Nicholas? - The crops looked rather freaky. But this is always like that in Warcraft, right? |

Ohh no that boat was like the best part, to see something so different looking while the dude's talking, it looks like its coming from his memory. Ohh man that pac man with Thomas was like the best part, its one of those things seen before but so tight to revisit when it's done right. But the camera under the trees and whatnot, that had to be the best part, made me feel like I was watching the lion king all over again. |

The Elven tree part was friggin awesome, and the same for Zucchabar! I love the action, suspense, and emotion in this episode! Great Job Daemonkillar! :D :D :D Also nice use of the entangle gold mine spell to make it look like there was living roots around the trees, and the Ne background for the girl looking over the cliff. ![]() And I agree Potsi, that Pac Man thing with Thomas was great! Except when the skeletons chased Thomas, two of him ran by. Daemonkillar did you forget to remove him with a trigger or something? |

In scene 1 were the wadren is speaking there is a spell error (I think) He says something then he says ou. I think it should have been our, right? (It's the part were he tells the history, i think...) That's just a small thing. It was a very good cinematic, you have inspired me even more!:D Now when is part V comming out? (j/k) |

Hey, what the sheep? I never knew people could walk under the World Tree! The second scene puzzles me... If the gate is closed, can't the archers hold off the skelatons before they come in? It doesn't make sense to just barge in outta no where :) Oh, and I look forward to see your PART V. If this is the greatest so far, I wonder what will happen in PART V! PS: I love your new Wallpaper. At least now I could replace the World of Warcraft Drawven City one from Blizzard :ggani: |

The enemy comes straight out of the Graveyard, remember? Check the map in the map editor :) |

Wow, quick reply... Ooooh, so you're saying the Graveyard is IN the territory rather than OUT. Man, who would put a 200 tombstoned graveyard near his/her house?://// Oh, then how did the Dreadlords come? :D PS: How do you pronounce Zucchabar? |
| 03-11-2003, 05:14 PM | #14 |
They came in from the same place they came out... Crypt, and the graveyard only has a cathedral beside, no houses. It is kinda left apart if you refer to the map in the world editor. |

realy good job on part 4 daemon, but i don't know if it's safe to use the warden model. if blizzard finds out you can (and will) get sued. i hope not, cuz you're doing great work. |
